Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days.

  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and other factors.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

SwedieS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

  • SwedieS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery.

  • Returns are accepted only if products remain sealed and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
