Where do you ship to?

​We currently ship to Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam. Shipping rates and times vary depending on the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled if the order has not yet been been processed hours of purchase. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
